Shipping Policy

We send your parcel out the same day using Royal Mail or DPD when you order before 4pm. We post Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). 

UK CUSTOMERS

Standard UK Delivery £0.00

Takes 2-3 working days from dispatch for mainland UK destinations.

Next day UK Delivery £5.99

Order before 4pm on a working day with this method and your parcel will arrive next day. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. 

Saturday Delivery £7.99

Order before 4pm on Friday to receive your parcel on Saturday. Make sure you choose Saturday Delivery at the checkout. This is a tracked service and requires a signature. Available for UK Mainland only. Bank Holiday weekend deliveries must be placed by the Thursday of that weekend to receive for Saturday otherwise you will receive your order the following Tuesday by special delivery. 

Orders delivered to Northern Ireland will be offered £3.75 Standard Delivery.  The following postcodes are excluded from Next Day Delivery: Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50. Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We send via Royal Mail/Parcel force in the UK which then transfers over to the postal service of the country it has been delivered to. We can provide tracking within the UK but please note that you will need to contact your postal service with the consignment number to track once the item has reached your chosen country.

 

International Signed For Delivery

Within Europe (includes Mainland Ireland) - Flat Cost £7.99 (not weight based)- Takes 5-10 working days.

Other worldwide locations - (eg. Australia, USA, Canada) Flat Cost £9.99- Takes 7-14 working days.

UK & International Customers

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please check our refund policy for more information.

Return & Exchange Policy

​STANDARD RETURNS:

  • You can return an item for a refund within 14 days from date of purchase.

  • The item must be in original unworn condition with tags intact to be returned.

  • Any item found to be otherwise will not be accepted and will be returned to you

  • Please allow up to 5 working days to process your return from date of delivery to us. 

  • We would strongly recommend you to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number as items lost on return will not be bows boutiques responsibility and will not be processed. 

  • Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account once processed. Please note your postage fee for return or dispatch is not refunded.

  • This is a STRICT policy

 

FAULTY ITEMS:

  • Any items receieved faulty must be reported to the team within 14 days of delivery 

  • Please contact customercare@bowsboutiques.com within 14 days of delivery if you think your item is faulty. The team will assess your images and provide you with a free returns label to send the goods back for your refund or exchange

  • Any faults which develop after the 14 days have a maximum of 30 days from the purchase date to be exchanged or refunded 

  • Items over 30 days from purchase date will be covered under Consumer Regulations 2015 and will be entitled to a partial refund or a repair, to be assessed by the team

  • This is a STRICT policy

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  • Returns details are on the back of your invoice enclosed in your delivery package

  • We currently do not offer free returns

  • We STRONGLY advise you to obtain a signed for return tracking number from the post office as returns lost in the post will not be the responsibility of Bows Boutiques

  • If you have misplaced your invoice, please ensure to include a note in with your parcel clearly stating your contact details and full name

PLEASE NOTE:

 

  • We ask that you take great care when trying on garments. We cannot accept returns on items with marks from make up, fake tans or creams or any other visible marks.

  • All items are checked through quality control before dispatch and expected to be returned in the same condition. 

  • All postage costs are non-refundable and unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid returns.

  • We strongly recommend you return parcels back to us using a recorded trackable delivery service. Any items with no tracking which does not reach us is not the responsibility of bowsboutiques.com. 

  • We can only offer a refund on stock no exchanges are accepted.
